Great Chapel Services Start School Year Off Right

Wednesday, August 16 - Friday, August 18, students in the TCA Middle School and High School met in the auditorium at 9:30 a.m. for the annual opening school chapel services. Tommy Carr was the featured speaker and brought a series of relevant and encouraging messages designed to present the Gospel of Christ and to motivate students to surrender to God's purpose for their lives.

The services challenged the students to improve their daily walk with God. Dan Worley, the upper division principal, commented on the spiritual decisions that were made, he said, "I know of at least three students who, on their own, sought out teachers after the services and trusted Christ as their savior; and many students went forward and made spiritual decisions during the services."

Throughout the school year, the TCA Middle and High School meet for chapel at 9:30 a.m. every Thursday to hear messages, not only from Trinity staff members, but also other local youth pastors and lay people in the Jacksonville community.
