Today, all of the
faculty of Trinity Christian Academy headed to Orlando for the
Annual FACCS Teachers’ Convention . The convention will be held
in the Orange County Convention Center on Thursday and Friday,
October 5th and 6th. Teachers will find this convention an
invaluable contribution to both their academic and spiritual
renewal. The theme for this year is Crayon Expressions:
Thinking Differently About Learning.
Highlights of the
Convention will include the keynote address by Dr. Dino Pedrone,
FACCS President, presentations by Cynthia Ulrich-Tobias,
President and Founder of AppLe St. (Applied Learning Styles);
Dr. Dan Anderson, President of Appalachian Bible College,
Bradley, West Virginia; and Dr. Randy Ray, Pastor, North Florida
Baptist Church, Tallahassee, Florida. Teachers will also have
over 150 workshops and roundtable discussion sessions from which
to choose over the course of the two-day conference.
